為什麼要買保險？
Why buy insurance?
按照中國教育部的要求，在bat365在线平台官方网站學習的外國留學生必須在我國大陸購買留學生團體綜合保險，這是辦理新學期入學注冊手續的必備材料。
In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education of China, foreign students studying at Nanjing University must purchase group comprehensive insurance in mainland China. This is one of must-have materials for registration of new semesters.
孔子學院獎學金全額獎學金學生由獎學金部門負責集體購買。
Insurance of students who are awarded with Confucius Institute Scholarship Full Scholarship should be collectively bought by the scholarship department.
中國政府全額獎學金生及獎學金資助範圍包括綜合醫療保險的部分獎獎學金生，需先按要求購買保險，自己支付保險費，之後保險費将随生活費由CSC一起發給大家。
The students under the full CSC scholarship and the students whose partial CSC scholarship covers the medical insurance also need to buy the insurance. Such students need to pay for the insurance by themselves first, and the CSC will transfer the insurance fee together with the monthly stipends to their bank accounts afterwards.

保險内容包括什麼？
What does insurance cover?
1、身故/殘疾保險責任。
2、意外傷害醫療保險責任。
3、住院醫療保險責任。
4、門診醫療保險責任。每個保險期間内，就診日費用限額為600元，累計超過起付線650 元以上的部分保險人按照85%的比例賠付,累計給付以保險金額20000元為限。650元以下部分，保險公司不予賠付。
5、就診醫院須為三甲公立醫院。
1. Death / disability insurance liability.
2. Accidental injury medical insurance liability.
3. Hospital medical insurance liability.
4. Out-patient medical insurance liability. In each insurance period, daily allowance of out-patient treatment is 600 yuan. Insurance company will pay 85% of the compensation of the part that is over 650 yuan. The limit of cumulative payment is 20,000 yuan. The insurance company will not pay for the part that is under 650 yuan.
5. The hospital must be a third-class public hospital.

Payment Steps
1. CSC全額獎學金學生：關注微信公衆号"來華留學生保險"，輸入信息登錄，進入"保險繳費"付費。或者登錄網址lxbx.net進行支付。
CSC students: follow the WeChat public account "來華留學生保險", enter the information to log in, and enter the "Buy insurance" to pay. Or log in lxbx.net to make a payment.
2. 其他學生：關注微信公衆号"外籍保險服務"，輸入信息登錄，至"my account"，點擊pay now即可支付。
The other students: Follow the WeChat public account "外籍保險服務", enter the information to log in, go to "My Account", and click Pay Now to pay.
理賠：
Claims
門急診須先自行支付，治療結束後申請理賠；
住院可以申請墊付。
Outpatient and emergency care must be paid for by yourself first, and a claim will be applied for after the treatment;
Advance payment can be requested for hospitalization.
1.CSC學生請打保險公司服務電話4008105119，或者在微信公衆号"來華留學生保險"的"自助理賠"進行理賠。
CSC students should call the insurance company's service phone number 4008105119 or make "Self-service claim" on the WeChat public account "來華留學生保險".
2. 其他學生請在微信公衆号"外籍保險服務"打開"理賠"，掃碼添加理賠員微信進行理賠。
For other students, please open "Claim" on the WeChat public account "外籍保險服務", scan the code to add the claims adjuster's WeChat for claim.
